How Wibeo collects, uses and protects your data: what we store when you join the waitlist, the analytics we run, and the rights you have.
Who we are
Wibeo ("we", "us") is a video automation platform operated by 414 Aptitudes. This policy describes what personal data we collect on wibeo.ai, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It applies to the marketing site and the waitlist; a dedicated policy will cover the product itself when it opens.
What we collect
Waitlist email. When you join the waitlist we store the email address you submit, the date you joined, and the language of the page you signed up from. That is all: no name, no phone number, no profiling.
Usage analytics. We measure page views and waitlist sign-ups with privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics). The data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use third-party tracking cookies.
Server logs. Like every website, our infrastructure keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and debugging. They are rotated automatically.
What we use it for
We use your waitlist email for exactly one purpose: telling you when your access to Wibeo is ready, and the occasional meaningful product update before that. No spam, no resale, no sharing with advertisers. Every email includes a way to opt out.
Cookies
The site uses two functional cookies only: your language preference and your theme (dark or light). Neither tracks you across sites, which is why you do not see a consent banner.
Where your data lives
Our database is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Emails are sent through Resend, and the site is served by Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf under their own data-processing agreements.
How long we keep it
Waitlist emails are kept until you get access to the product or ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Technical logs are kept for a few weeks at most.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to access, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Write to privacy@wibeo.ai and we will answer within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will note it here with a new "last updated" date before the change takes effect.
